Multi-Family Apartment Building Management involves tenant selection and monitoring, alongside building upkeep. We qualify tenants for buildings based on our strict leasing qualification criteria, ensuring that we have respectful, capable people living in well-maintained buildings in order to maximize revenue and provide quality of life to the building residents. In effort to control costs, we take a proactive approach in discovering deferred maintenance issues. For example, twice/year we conduct interior unit inspections, preventative inspections of under the buildings to detect leaks, and always seek long-term sustainable repair solutions so as to minimize future costs.
3 Basic Rules for our Tenants:
- Tenants must pay rent in full and on time;
- Tenants must respect the property – no trash, cigarette butts, etc.; and
- Tenants must respect the quiet enjoyment of their neighbors.
